  • Labor woes persist. Nearly 50% of respondents say their business is still reeling from a tight labor market.
  • Insurance is a concern now—and it will only grow. Three-quarters of respondents indicated that their businesses were suffering financial losses because of insurance claims made due to temperature excursions or quality issues
  • Cargo theft is on the rise: 75% of respondents say that their business experienced an increase in cargo theft in the last 12 months
  • Corporate sustainability is at a fork in the road. 46% say they improve sustainability by decreasing transit times/idle miles, and nearly 40% achieve this by reducing product waste
