- Labor woes persist. Nearly 50% of respondents say their business is still reeling from a tight labor market.
- Insurance is a concern now—and it will only grow. Three-quarters of respondents indicated that their businesses were suffering financial losses because of insurance claims made due to temperature excursions or quality issues
