RKC Logistics was founded in 2016 and has carved out a unique niche in the world of job-site deliveries. Specializing in freight headed to arenas, schools, churches, music venues, and major sports stadiums. The RKC team handles everything from bleacher seating and basketball apparatuses to flooring—and even tens of thousands of stadium cup holders. According to owner Ryan Suydam, “The struggle for us has always been finding reliable tracking. I needed something that would put tracking in my control.” Enter Tive.

Fusion Transport is a major retail consolidation provider supporting some of the largest retailers and consumer electronics brands in the world. The company moves everything from food products to olive oil, but consumer electronics make up one of the largest and most sensitive categories.“A huge portion of our freight is high-value consumer electronics,” said Diane Pierro, IT Support. “Because of that, security becomes extremely important.”

CoolIT Systems is a global leader in advanced cooling solutions for high-performance computing. Because these cooling systems are mission-critical and extremely valuable, protecting them during transit is essential. To ensure peace of mind, CoolIT decided to use Tive trackers on all their shipments. With deep roots in the produce world, Triple T Transport first specialized in over-the-road produce transport. As customer needs grew, so did the company’s expertise, and Triple T now provides brokerage services across diverse freight categories—including dry, refrigerated, and frozen goods, as well as food packaging. Yet despite offering best-in-class customer service, there was one other big benefit they wanted to offer their customers: live, real-time visibility into the location and condition of shipments. One of their customers, Ready Pac, used Tive with another carrier and thought the transition would be easy for Triple T—and they were right.

Semex, a world leader in bovine genetics founded in 1974, ships frozen bull semen and frozen bovine embryos to more than 100 countries. Each shipment is highly sensitive, time-critical, and worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Before Tive, Semex was unable to track shipments in real time. They would hand over their expensive airline shipments and cross their fingers—but they never worry about that with Tive.

Qualitree covers close to 100 acres of land with approximately 750,000 square feet (almost 17 acres) of greenhouse production area for its propagation and finished plant lines. Their previous tracking system had become increasingly unreliable and had frequent dead zones: the company ships across North America and would lose shipment visibility for 16 to 18 hours. After evaluating a few visibility solutions, Qualitree chose Tive because of their reliable network.
