Sharing shipments with collaborators just got easier!

You can now assign collaborators to a shipment template, giving them real-time visibility into your shipments. When using a shipment template with assigned collaborators to create a shipment, that shipment is automatically shared with those collaborators.

Bug Fixes

Here’s a rundown of bug fixes for this month.

• API users can now generate reports for trackers
• Reports now generate properly
• Tracker-generated reports are now being shared with users
• Users with an email domain exceeding four (4) characters can now be invited to the Tive application
• Tive Admins can now view all their organization’s API integrations created by Tive in the API tab

We’re excited to share three powerful features coming in December:

Update your trackers to the latest firmware in the Tive application

Soon Tive admins will be able to update a tracker’s firmware in the Tive application—without having to contact support. You’ll be able to check your tracker’s firmware status to see if the device is running the latest firmware, update all of your trackers at once, or update firmware for individual trackers to test improvements before applying the new version to all trackers.

Resolve and comment on shipment alerts

We’re excited to share that in December you’ll be able to resolve and comment on shipment alerts to mitigate issues during transit so your shipments arrive on-time and in-full.

Consolidated alerts view for notifications and updates

Coming in December, you will have a consolidated view for all alert notifications across all shipments, making it easier for you to take action to mitigate issues in-transit and save shipments.
