What's New
Create ocean, air, and rail shipments in bulk using CSV upload
Now you can create single-leg shipments in bulk for ocean, air, and rail using CSV upload. Specify the carrier and enter the External Tracking ID (like the Airway Bill or Container ID) based on the selected mode. The system validates your data when files are uploaded, flagging any errors for correction directly in the platform. You can also include a specific start time, with support for multiple time formats.
Maintain data accuracy with in-transit shipment editing
Now it’s easier to keep your shipment data accurate and up to date, even when shipments are already on the move. Recognizing that unexpected events or simple errors can lead to inaccuracies, we've introduced new capabilities that enable you to edit key details for in-transit shipments. You can now easily adjust the scheduled shipment start date and time, as well as add or remove associated trackers—ensuring that your shipping information remains accurate from start to finish.
You can now edit the following information for in-transit shipments:
- Shipment ID: Modify the user-given identifier of a shipment
- Shipment Start Time: Modify the recorded start time of an in-transit shipment
- Trackers: Change the tracker associated with an in-transit shipment, or add a new one
- Collaborators: Add or remove collaborators from a shipment
- Shipment Leg Details: Adjust Ship From and Ship To addresses, Scheduled Departure Date, alert presets, mode, carrier, and Scheduled Arrival Date
Little Fixes = Big Improvements

Alert Heatmaps expose where and when critical alerts are occurring.
Alert Heatmaps is an interactive analytics tool that visualizes alerts geographically across the supply chain based on historical data—enabling you to pinpoint hotspots, uncover trends, and identify areas of concern so you can make data-driven decisions to address issues.
Lane insights unlock performance trends—to improve planning
Identifying risks and characteristics for specific shipping lanes across your supply chain can be a difficult task. Without proper insight, it’s hard to improve operational planning with your carriers and logistics service providers. That’s why we’re building a new lane analytics tool to help you:
- Identify key problems for your most-traveled lanes—such as shifts in transit time, average temperature, and number of alerts
- Share lane analytics with colleagues and logistics partners—to facilitate more productive conversations around where problems are occurring and why
